SAVERS
1) silence
As you wake up you suddenly get up and think about daily routine like school,jobs and other problems. It is absolutely wrong. You should take long breathe after waking up and thank your God for giving you such a beautiful day.
Spend your that time in silence. It could be meditation or prayer.

2)Affirmation
Think about your goal. What is your goal in life. Don't think about your goal instead think how can you achieve it. Its source is your first step to achieve it.

3)Visualization
Make picture of your goal in your mind and feel how it would be when you will achieve your that goal. Imagine about your that time.

4)Exercise
As you exercise is very necessary for a good health. It keeps you active and fit. It will refresh your mind which is very good for a healthy body. Exercise makes your whole day full of joy, no stress no tension.

5)Reading
Reading in morning is said to be a good time to read because that time our mind is fully active to work. Reading is not to just spell out some words written in your book. It is like you are talking to an intelligent man I mean take it easy. Read less but with full meditation.

6) Scribing
Be a writer of your own life. Focus on your ideas . write your all ideas and plans in your journal. Writing journal makes your mind sharp. Write your every single activity in it.
